Unfortunately we are unable to purchase non-runners. Please advise the vehicle buyer of any known issues during your virtual inspection, e.g. engine management light, flat battery, vehicle damage.

Our online valuation system will assume that your vehicle is in good working order, therefore it is important to consult directly with our customer service team if your vehicle is an insurance write-off.

We are unable to purchase:

• Category A write-offs - the car has been in a major, even fatal, traffic accident, has been completely burnt or submerged for some time, or had its chassis and body twisted to an unsalvageable point – these cars can never return to the road.
• Category B write-offs – the car may have some salvageable parts; however, it also has serious damage and should never be bought or driven.

We can purchase:

• Category C write-offs – usually these cars are repairable, but the repairs will cost more than the value of the car itself.
• Category D write-offs – these cars are also repairable, however, while the cost of the repair is less than the car's value, it is still a significant amount (usually greater than 50% of the value.)

Please note that we are only able to purchase Category C or Category D write-offs that have been fully repaired of any damage.
